Back to the ...caviar
Years ago, back in Ukraine, when I was a medical student, on the morning of a test (exam) my mother would always make me a sandwich with caviar, aka "salmon roe".
Even back then before the newest neuro-nutrition science emerged, we both believed in the magical power of caviar on the brain and memory.
Well, honestly, all I wanted is to get a good grade on my test.
And when I did, I believe that it part it was because of my morning caviar sandwich!
Ingredients you need to make delicious sandwitch
How to make Open-Faced Avocado Caviar Sandwitch:
First: Make avocado spread
1. In a medium skillet saute 3 cups of spinach+kale mix along with the 2 cloves of garlic.
Let it cool
2. In a medium bowl, mash 1 ripe avocado.
3. Add some salt and pepper
4. Squeeze 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
5. Add cooked and cooled spinach+kale+garlic mix to the bowl
